Manual DevTools Verification Checklist

Inspect the requests made during your own conversion using browser Developer Tools. The automated frame check above does not monitor traffic or provide a network audit:

  1. Open Developer Tools by pressing F12 (or Cmd + Option + I on macOS).
  2. Navigate to the Network tab. Check “Preserve log”.
  3. Drag and drop a .webm audio file into the converter on the homepage.
  4. Click “Convert to MP3 Locally”.
  5. Inspect request methods and payloads in the Network log. Check whether any POST, PUT or WebSocket messages contain audio bytes; do not infer this from the automated result. The intended behavior is zero outgoing POST, PUT, or WebSocket messages carrying audio bytes.
